Campbell has 20 years’ experience working with New Zealand employers and diverse candidate groups, and has thrived upon exposure to the diversity in people and business. He joined Presto Resourcing after holding senior roles with Beyond Recruitment, H2R Consulting and Hudson.
Campbell has a strong interpersonal style and takes the time to learn and understand the organisations he is working with. He is committed to helping clients solve their resourcing challenges with flexible solutions that are right for business needs, and is focused on practical outcomes.
Natasha is a skilled Business Manager with 20 years of commercial experience. She has worked with a number of international businesses managing specialist projects across domains including Contractor Management, Administration Management, and Payroll.
Natasha has led multifaceted teams to success and attributes this to her strong interpersonal skills, collaborative approach and tenacious drive for results.
Client Manager - Wellington
Justine has over 15 years of IT resourcing experience in New Zealand and Australia. She joined Presto Resourcing after five years with Hudson in Wellington, first as a Senior Consultant and then as ICT Team Lead. Prior to Hudson, she was a Senior Consultant in the ICT Team of Icon in Melbourne.
Justine has worked with both private and public sector clients to meet their resourcing and recruitment needs across the full ICT spectrum, from first level Help Desk Analyst through to Senior Management and Executive roles.
Client Manager, Wellington
Andrew has worked in client-facing and 360 degree recruitment roles in the UK and New Zealand, recruiting both permanent and contract resources. Andrew strengths lie in building understanding of his clients' resourcing needs and business challenges, and then matching them with great people. He prides himself on his ability to find the ideal candidate within tight time frames.
Andrew has a Bachelor of Health Science majoring in Sport and Exercise. This has given him a unique perspective on solving recruitment and resourcing challenges, as he finds parallels in the approach to understanding what clients and candidates are looking to achieve, consulting on resourcing solutions, and coaching them through a process to achieve their desired objectives.

Gareth has more than 20 years experience in IT Resourcing, both in the United Kingdom and within New Zealand. Gareth has worked both as an agency consultant and also within two large software house. This balance of internal versus external perspectives gives Gareth a deeper understanding of the necessity and responsibility of hiring the right person.
Gareth believes that recruitment is like IT - it is continually evolving and the only certainty is if you don’t have the right people you won’t be successful. He is motivated by clients who want and expect the best where he can use his knowledge and networks to give them people they need to exceed their goals.
Client Manager - Auckland
I have over ten years experience in IT, working for a range of solution providers in resourcing, talent acquisition, and account management roles. My passion is working closely with Presto clients to understand their business environment and their resourcing needs and challenges, and to find great people that are the perfect fit for their needs.
I am able to provide clients with strategic resourcing and capacity planning services, as well as project-driven recruitment for permanent and contract roles. I’m committed to providing excellent support to both candidates and clients throughout the talent acquisition, recruitment, and on-boarding process.
Talent Consultant Team Leader
Angelique is dedicated to making the Talent Consulting team as efficient and effective as possible at finding top talent to fulfil our clients’ resourcing needs.
Angelique has extensive experience in sourcing top talent, recruitment and Human Resources in both New Zealand and South Africa. Her expertise includes both agency and internal recruitment, talent sourcing, communications and project management. She has delivered successful client outcomes on a variety of large recruitment programmes, some with very tight deadlines.
Dhruti has worked in India, Singapore and New Zealand delivering resourcing solutions as well as in-house and agency IT recruitment. She has worked on concurrent requirements across multiple technologies and locations, including South East Asia and the USA. She holds a Bachelor of Science in IT and a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resources.
Dhruti is an expert in sourcing, selecting and securing top-notch candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, and has been recognised as one of the Top 40 social recruiters in Australia and New Zealand in both 2016 and 2017. In her current role as a Talent Consultant, she delivers exceptional end-to-end Candidate Management including talent sourcing and shortlisting, interviewing, coordinating and tracking applicants, reference checking, and building strong referral networks.
Sam has worked in client-facing roles throughout his career. Before moving into IT resourcing and recruitment, he was recruiting doctors within the DHB environment. His experience helping DHB customers fill these hard-to-source roles has enabled him to develop extensive expertise in solving complex resourcing challenges within tight timeframes.
Sam is committed to getting good results for his candidates and resourcing clients, and gets a great deal of satisfaction from placing the right person in the right role.
Dheeraj is a talent acquisition professional with extensive recruitment and resourcing experience in domains including Technology, Sales, Consulting, Customer Service, Accounting & Finance, and Analytics. He has been a part of the talent acquisition team for Infosys BPM in India and the Philippines. He is a Competency Based Interviewer, certified by Development Dimensions International. He also has an experience in project management, SAP implementation and training delivery.
Dheeraj believes that effective stakeholder management is key to building strong relationships with Presto Resourcing clients and candidates.
